Could you please help to attribute this provincial bronze (26mm 13 g) - Is it Bosporan Kingdom in Tiberius times? What does  MH mean?

Yes, Bosporan kingdom.  MH = 48, the denomination.

Frolova dates this type to about year 133.
Bosporan king Rhoemetalkes.
