Ancient Ring and Cloakpin(?) - Information would be appreciated

I have these two items on their way to my collection from Spain - but no information with them.

I would appreciate best guesses or any information other collectors can give as to their probable age and area.

The object on the right is an omega type fibula. 

They can be very difficult to date.
