Probably sounds stupid, but what means RIC?

It can mean so many things
Radio Identity Code
Radio Induced Coma
Realtime Interface Coprocessor
Recognised Independent Centre associated with the University of Oxford
Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago
Reuters Instrument Code
Representative In Charge
Revised Index Catalogue
Rhode Island College
Registro de Identidade Civil
Symbol for the Ricci curvature tensor in mathematics
Richmond International Airport — IATA code
Rickmansworth station, England; National Rail station code RIC
Royal Institute of Chemistry
Royal Institution of Cornwall
Royal Irish Constabulary
ET AL.
As used in this group it means the Roman Imperial Coinage. Catalogue ,somewhat out-dated but loved by mainstrean collectors,in particular when after a coin they read S or R  ( best if accompanied by a 5 or 4 than by a 2)  that very often does not reflect the real rarity of a coin.
Hope this helps.  ::)

The attributions 702/720 can't be correct: the weight and diameter suggest a (light) sestertius. The TR POT COS III series (RIC 644-650) have the obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP. The obverse of this coin is much longer and if I look correctly, it seems to end in XVII (or possibly XVIII). Yet, the reverse with a Pudicitia like RIC 702 (an as), does not occur there.
I think there are four possibilities:
a    we don't read the coin properly,
b    it is an extremely heavy as
c     it is some kind of hybrid
d    I am talking nonsense.

I thought it was too large and heavy for an AS or AE but that has been the dirction I have been pointed in. It is to large for 702. I am still trying to find out the ID for this coin any help would be great. Thanks again. The only thing I am sure of is that it is an Antoninus Pius. I think I can see AS COS I can't find this anywhere. I think this could be a Libretas instead of Pudictia. I think this could be 916a.
