Essential to be able to turn it off. With age my typing makes more metatheses, as does moving from the larger to the smaller computer. I rely on the markers for spellings that are not recognized. Having things change colors for assorted reasons, and not for a single reason that the
Search requested (as in
Google) is a distracting nuisance. At the very least, Her must not bring up
Herakles and Herodotos and
Herodian as well as
Hera. But, actually, it should be our private option to go to
Numiswiki, which, to be sure, is excellent. But as it is, it's as if you couldn't read any book without being reminded to go the the Britannica or whichever. Also, the blue font is not so legible as the black. Similarly, trying to correct things in Modify and forced to have a blue background merely makes it harder to spot them all, such as commas when you meant a period.
If I want it, I should be able
for that session to click 'on' the
Numiswiki keying.
