403 Forbidden?

I am getting the message "403 Forbidden" when I try to edit the information on coins in my gallery. I can work my way around it but it is a pain, however more importantly, it might be a widespread gallery problem and I am just the first person to have come across it.

What are you clicking to get that error? Please provide details.

*Alex:
I click on "Edit File Information" which opens the file okay. I then make my changes but when I click on "Apply changes" I get the 403 Forbidden message.
