I think it is RIC VII, 237, rarity r5 (unique?)  :-X

It was minted in 321.

I see RP.  I believe the coin to be RIC 237, listed as C3.  321 AD

I agree... when I first saw the pic I was sure it was AQT, making Aquileia. Plus, the portrait doesn't match the style of Rome at all.

I`m seeing RP as mintmark, making it either Rome 232 or 237, which I`ve never been able to differentiate.

I don't want to join the discussion about this coin. Only a question: If the exergue is AQP, isn't a bit out of symmetry in relation to the coin axis?

It would be, but this problem is common on this particular issue, most likely because there was no defined exergue.
