Different Pilate??

Hi Dear friends!!
This one could be a Pilate with a retrograde lituus??
16,5 mm diameter
Thank you for all!!! ;D ;D

What's that on the reverse, if that's what it is. The lower pic anyway. It looks like something with qn inscription round it, which couldn't be a Pilate lituus. That should have LIH in wreath on the reverse.

Salem Alshdaifat:
it seems to be Pilatus with nice vareity, the litus to the left, and the wreath side seems to be double struck wreath with around litus script???
plz post better scan to study it more.
all the best

Thank you dear Friends!!
I'll search to scan a better picture, I'll try to do as better as possible.
Thank you again
