Any comment about this iron group appreciated; Roman, Parthian, Sassanian or maybe Assyrian?

Yes....

In his report on the Dura Europos excavations, Simon James notes that this form of iron arrowhead was used by the Romans from Republican to late Imperial times.  It is also found throughout Persian territory from the Parthian and Sassanian periods. 

I do not think it is as early as the Assyrian period, but I am not 100% sure.
