Alexandrian hemidrachm: Galba or Vespasianus?

Please, help me with identification of this alexandrian hemidrachm. Is it Galba or Vespasianus? RPC 5348 or RPC 2418? The obverse legend is illegible. Both are rare, so I couldn't find enough specimens in the Web to compare and to make final conclusion...
Diameter 30 mm, weight 13,24 g

Looks more like Vespasian than Galba.

Certainly Vespasian. The date on the reverse is slightly off-flan. It could be year 2, RPC 2418.
