Another one I need some help with attributing. I believe I have found a couple of obverse die matches on www.aeqvitas.com but no matches for this reverse and nothing on WIldwinds.

AE27
Obv:– AVT M AVP ANTWNINOC, Radiate, draped bust right
Rev:– VP NOBIOV POVFOV NIKOPOLITWN / PROC ICPTON, Naked Zeus standing facing, head left, holding patera and sceptre; eagle at feet
Struck under the magistrate Novius Rufus
Minted in Nikopolis ad Istrum

Martin

Seems a feasible match for the rev die Pick reports in his #1898 although impossible to be sure it exactly matches.
Note the E in ANTΩΝΕΙΝΟC

Probably another error by Varbanov but he cites AMNG 1898 for Varb 3892.  The reverse legend is the same but Zeus is described as holding a thunderbolt and scepter with an eagle at his feet.  Varbanov's specimen has a radiate bust and different lengend on the obverse.
