Has anyone ever seen this full legend on the obverse "Pius Felix? I was looking online with no luck.Any info will be  helpful thanks.

Thanks looks like rare type with this long legend .The die engraver in Serdica did awsome job .

Very skilled engraver indeed. And the reverse of your coin is a die-match with the other specimen.
