Umayyad fals , time of al-Walid ,Dimashq mint, Usually dated 87AH (Date off flan on your coin)
Rare when mint and date are legible.

That's like a coin, but my inscription on the obverse and reverse do not match
design range (edges). Intresno which country and city of issue?

The mint for the al-Walid issue of AH 87 is Dimashq (Damascus). Zeno has only one example:
