I have this one, but I can't really tell if it is real or not. Maybe.  Tetradrachm, looks like Antioch maybe. 23mm, 14.7g. There are a bunch of images online of NERO coins from antioch tetradrachm size, and each image of him looks different. Each image of the eagle on the back looks different too.

Nice coin.  Syria, Seleucis and Pieria.  I don't see anything suspicious about it.

I think it's RPC 4190 or there abouts.

Not unusual that every image seems a little different--dies were cut by hand, not mechanically reproduced as in modern coins.

 

All coins are guaranteed for eternity
