Hello,
I know this is been here for a couple of years, but I just happened to stumble across it. Maybe my input might help.
I think this is a bishop's seal (E :Greek_Pi:I/CKO episko = bishop). I don't recognize the monogram but if I'd have to guess it looks 6th century.
