Got a question hope someone could help me,is this a Celtic cast Potin coin? Found it on a Celtic/roman site

Weight 9,2 grams

I think it is a lead shipping seal, not a coin.
Simple cast lead with a string hole through the body laterally.

Yes, that's an unstruck cast blank of a lead seal.
