Name the Emperor who murdered a visiting King because he was jealous of his cloak.  For a bonus name the murdered King too!

Although I don't know why they called him like that, the words "emperor" and "cloak" immediately make me think of Caracalla...

But Caligula and Ptolemeo of Mauretania seem correct to me :)

Yup!  You got it.  It's an interesting story and an interesting family tree if you trace it.  Antonia (Antony's daughter) was Ptolemy's maternal aunt.  Ptolemy was Mark Antony and Cleopatra's grandson.  Antonia was also Caligula's grandmother.
