I bought this coin thinking it was an example of RIC VII Ticinium 24, but now that I have it in-hand I have some doubts as to it being official.  RIC 24 has (P dot T) or (S dot T), this looks like a (S dot S) or (SIS), the bust style looks a little off and the depiction of Mars is definitely different from other examples from Ticinium.

Probably ancient fake, but made by pretty skillful and literate engraver (except "A" in CONSERVATORI which looks like "I" for me)
