Marcus aurelius Double sestertius ?

I have not seen any coin of Marcus Aurelius in this weight and in this legend. could it be fake???

I agree with cast fake, the patina is also an obvious giveaway.

It is a replica from Petar Petrov and the obverse is in his catalogue "5_Catalogue_Roman_Sestertivs 20-40" number 817

The reverse seems to be from Gordianus Africanus and from Petar Petrov , have a look at "5_Catalogue_Roman_Sestertivs 20-40" number 861

The replica seller on Etsy had some of these too but not currently, I have one in my fake collection, that I bought from him.

I am not convinced that Sestertii of Marcus Aurelius actually exist with this Romae Aeternae reverse, I could not find any and I have never seen any.

Maybe it is cast, too.
