This appears to be an Arab-Byzantine imitative type of Constans II. The mintmark here - which resembles DIu - is likely meant to be DAM for Damascus and is seen on numerous examples of the Arab-Byzantine large M types.
Cecile Morrisson in her article "Un lot de monnaies byzantines et arabo-byzantines du Cabinet des Médailles provenant de Syrie" shows this type as illustration 330 and cites
MIB 164 = year 643-644 = Paris 1991/330

By the way you can find the often cited BMC catalog of these Arab-Byzantine coins by Walker, in the first section (to ca. page 80) of the following pdf:
https://archive.org/download/in.gov.ignca.6107/6107.pdf
(Note: the author is incorrectly given in the archive.org description as John Walder - his name was John Walker).

Thanks helvetica,

For the hugely interesting article.
I am very interested in Byzantine-Arab coins.
Nice that there is a catalog of this.
