New posts not showing up

Is anyone else having trouble making posts on the forum? Mine don't seem to be going through.

Inexplicably, this showed up. But I was having problems in the ID and Greek boards.

Adrian H:
Aha! Adding photos as attachments is the issue. They are larger than the allowed maximum. When I add one picture I get an error warning, but if I add two attachments at once, no error warning appears.
