I think the reverse legend reads ADPIANOPOLEITWN  for Hadrianopolis.
Ok its not what you hoped for  :) but its a start.

Yes, I would tend to agree, although the first letter is missing. The "IANOPOLEITON" only leaves Markianopolis, Hadrianopolis and Trajanopolis as alternatives (unless it is from some city outside the Balkans, but I doubt it). They guy on the rev is Asklepios. Is that KOMODO I read to the right of the bust? It kind of looks like it could be him. What are the letters to the left?

Anyway, most likely: Thrace. Hadrianopolis. Commodus/Asklepios.

The first 3 letters on the left are  "AV K"    I believe
