Hey,
I assume you are thinking of Hendin 553, which has the three ears of barley on one side, and an umbrella on the other.  I don' think that this is your coin.  The barley looks a little wierd, and the other side does not appear to resemble the umbrella at all.  I think it is Greek, but I cannot get you any closer.

Hi Ser, I have found the following coin in coinarchives and believe corresponds with yours.
If turn the obverse approximately 20 degrees towards the right you will be able to see the hair and the curls of Tanit.  Sorry for my english.
Mario

CARTHAGE, Libyan Revolt. Circa 241-238 BC. Æ 24mm (8.69 gm, 3h). Sardinian mint. Wreathed head of Tanit left / Three grain ears; [crescent above], Punic "M G" across central field.
Carradice & La Niece -; Visona, Carthaginian pl. XXVIII, 8 var. (no letters); cf. MAA 70; SNG Copenhagen 247
