Constantius Gallus?

Hello,

If i look at legend and position of CONSTANTIVS the legend looks like: D N FL CL CONSTANTIVS NOB CAES. But there seems to be an jewel on top of the head wich exclude Constantius Gallus possibility. Is it Constantius II FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C? But i dont find with this reverse type.

The falling horseman type wasn't struck until long after Constantius II became Emperor.  There are no FH coins for him as caesar.

The "jewel" looks rather large so is likely just a corrosion product in a coincidental place.

I thinked about corrosion but the dot seems of same color as the whole coin and there is depression around it, like a jewell inside diadem.. but it would appear some rest of the diadem behind the head.
