Gallienus Provincial Blayne's Ancient Gallery
« Reply #152 on: March 26, 2021, 03:04:40 pm »
Happy to add this large provincial AE36 from Antioch ad Maeandrum, Caria. of Gallienus to my gallery.  Fits a couple of my collecting interests with the architecture and being a Gallienus.   Very happy with it, as doesn't look like there are many specimens out there.

Today I am adding a new Trajan Denarius to my gallery.  I really liked the eye appeal with the added gold frame, haven't seen anything like it before.

I love the gold frame. it also looks pretty old. Wonder when this was done? Was it made into a pendant? Wonder what the story is.

Well as promised I am opening a new Gallery and side stepping from the Campgates for a bit.  Today I am opening my Fallen Horseman Gallery.

I am starting off with Specimens I have collected from Antioch.  I have loaded 14 today, plus moved 2 previously loaded ones in to the gallery.   Hope you like.

Great coins  Joe.   I especially like the field mark on the Constantius Gallus from Siscia
