ID for Shield-shaped Belt Mount, please

19th Century Hungary, perhaps?

Of note is that the remains of the leather belt is still seen on the reverse.  :o

Maybe this things found the Hungarian territory, but no any evidence
it is Hungarian.
  That was the time range the Independence war between the Hungary and Habsbourg's

so so many different nationality of solders involved …
