celtic imitation?

Hello.

A friend of mine sent these photoes to me, he says that it is 16,88 gr. He thinks it may belong to Sarmatians.

I couldn't find any information about it, there are some Celtic imitations of Phillip II but this time weight seems heavier, nearly two staters. Is it genuine or fake? If genuine, unique? Any information appreciated.
