Another currency in which need help to catalog it

Head? left or right / fishing hook? , Bunch of grapes to left

Depends on how you look at the front head look left or right, I can not say which is correct.

I do not think either neandreia, I think the engraving on the back is a fishing hook, not a cereal grain

It is verry similar with neandreia. I vote for Neandreia. The fishing hook you see is due to corrosion. Also the obverse head is off-flan.
