Sorry for the quality of the pictures. My question is, is one of these fake, the are almost exactly the same. Or just struck from the same dies.

The coins are "identical" - not only by the same die, but also by usage of the same "mould"
Thus :either both coins are fake or one is the "mother". Unfortunately the photos are of no  help.
Right now I would avoid both coins

Thank you Klaus, i totally agree. Both coins aren't in my possession gladfully. The first one was sold by a wel known auction house as genuine (sold for over 2.500 euro) and the other one was offered by a private person from eastern europe for 500 euro. So that already made it suspicious.
