For Wallachian and Moldavian medieval coinage, check the only devoted website, featuring over 800 coins [as for Dec. 2008], and many archived auctions:

EDIT: We also have the site hosted by the Romanian Institute for Cultural Memory (cIMeC):

For coins of Portugal:
http://forum-numismatica.com/index.php
This is the Portuguese Coin Forum. This site is filled with HELPFUL experts on coins of Portugal, especially Medieval coins. Use the BABELFISH translator!!! And, many of the experts speak English.
I was so impressed with them that I joined... and have been contributing there. I have even received numerous offers of translation help for longer/more complicated posts. No sales... just discussion.
They also discuss ancient and modern coins.... again, helpful folks here! I can't say enough good things about them! :)

Great site, this link takes you to the monarchs of England. Click on a monarch and it gives a short biography about the king and coinage during his reign. Also showcases a bust of the king from his coins, and lists the various types of coins released during his reign. Some of the biographies are incomplete after Edward I, some good info, and the best busts of coins you'll find of the early English monarchs! If you look around the site there's lots of other good coin related stuff too!
