Good luck to you both, and I agree with Noah!

You have some fine specimens there!
Best, Noah

Hey Jim!

Thanks! :)

It's coming along nicely, but nowhere near as nice as (for instance) Noah's very cool gallery.

Hello All!

Added today, three more great (IMHO) coins for your consideration, comments and ratings:

Otho AR denarius (Ex: Incitatus Coins)

Galba brass dupondius (Ex: Roman Lode)

Septimius Severus sestertius (Ex: Rutten & Wieland)

Something I really appreciate about these 3 are their pedigrees :)

I love to add visual appeal to my gallery to "spice-up" my collection.  I appreciate the comment!
BTW, your Balbinus is very nice with a super portrait!

Best, Noah

Good Morning All!

Submitted for your approval are 3 late Roman bronzes:

Majorian

Basiliscus

Libius Severus (Severus III)

Somewhat lacking in the portrait department, but you know how it goes with these, right?

Enjoy!

Mark Z.

Hi Snork!

Thanks! :)

Yes, looks like the top half of the "O" of "KOC" at bottom center. I have not cleaned this one at all, but the "C" seems to be to the bottom right.

I'm not usually into nummi; but very impressive!  How much did the Majorian set you back?

My Severus III was $150 or so and mine is in crummy condition.

Hello All!

OK, so it happened again where a coin shows up the same day I posted some coins in my gallery. Maybe I should post on a daily basis? ;)

This one is a big, beautiful sestertius of Maximinus I from Richard Beale/Roma Numismatics

Your comments appreciated! :)

Great collection Mark.  I'm really enjoying your additions.  I've been out of work since January, so I haven't been able to pick anything up lately, so thanks for sharing your collection.   :)

Take care,

Bud
