The first pic looks like a well covered JANUS the reverse is too well covered, but looks to be part of a ship.

Most likely a ticket, I have some of these too including a ticket for the baths in Siscia

The theatrical entrepreneur did sheet of small tessere with easy yelding on the edges.... . and it sold.....on entry of the theater put a tripod with the fire under....and obliterated the ticket immediately melt it
