Full id on a Far Eastern uniface AE13.

Help please! I assume this coin is of Far Eastern origin.  I am unable to identify it as I can’t identify the characters.  13.0-14.3mm 1.2gr Thanks

The Chi symbol is suppose to mean good luck.  These are fairly common coins from Cambodia/Thailand.
