Afternoon all,
I rescued this from a block of multi colored crud a long while back and it has once again captured my interest. The coin is crusty and flat, but I am leaving it
as is. I believe that it is of
Otacilia Severa (the
obverse legend starting around the 11 oclock looks to read ACI - L - S) and for a change I can read the entire
obverse (PROVINCIA DACIA AN IV with DF in Dacia's banner). Any
help will be most appreciated!

PS what does the DF in the banner mean?
