Cleaning deposits on silver

This Otacilia is not bad though the surface is a bit porous. The trouble is with
ugly dark deposits. What is your opinion, can one remove them and by what means?

I would put lemon juice on a paper towel and dab the area of concern with it until the black stuff comes off.

the only thing I would use is tooth pick  or a small pin vise under maginfication

I'm assuming the fouree are the same as silvered so lemon juice would be out,

Just mechanical cleaning
