barb imitation??

Back in town for tonight, already two mysteries.  This coin is 16mm and 2.8g has what appears to be a radiate bust on the obverse and reverse?  Any ideas?  Does it appear to be a barbaric imitation?

Probably some eastern provincial with Tyche on the reverse.
