Advice on finishing uncleaned

Hello,

Can anyone suggest any tips on finishing these??  I think third from the left (constans?) is almost done.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

In my opinion, the two closest to the right are done. Maybe more olive oil soaking for the two on the left?
