Could be RIC VII (Heraclea) n° 6.

Is Jupiter standing facing with head left or standing left ? If the former and SMHT with A in the right field, probably Heraclea RIC 73, otherwise RIC 6

Clueless

In my old RIC, there's no Licinius for Heraclea 73 ?

Licinius n° 73 is under RIC VI. May be a better possibility from the point of view of both style (portrait) and break of reverse legend (R-V mentioned under RIC VI n° 73 and not mentioned under RIC VII n° 6).

Yes, almost certainly RIC-VI-73.

Though RIC does not give the breakdown, in my experience the R-V legend break is quite common.  I have five from various officinae for Licinius, 3 R-V and two S-E, and I have two for Constantine (RIC-75), both R-V.  So 5 of my 7 are R-V.
