one side with diademed head
other seems to be female with bun behind neck and some faint  lettering THeta E O E at 9 oclock and X N O at 3

Hi GX,

To me, the obverse portrait looks like Augustus or Tiberius.

My first thought was Macedon, Thessalonika, Tiberius/Livia. The size and weight are right, but I don't know if the legends match.
