i need your help to ID this late roman AE4. Barbarous, vandals? 11.5 mm, 0,96 gms

It looks very Valentinian iii to me but others on the forum may have a more accurate answer for you.

Thank you Barry, that was also my first reactuion, if you look at the reverse you can see a cross in the middle (like valentinian), but also other symbols I can't recognize.

I'd say this is an imitative/barbaric copy of a vot in wreath type. I have added the picture of the reverse and in the red circle the legend is seen, but blundered. The vot text seems blundered to me as well
