Ravel is the author. Published in 1947, reprinted in 1977 by
Obol.
A copy sold on
eBay recently but I can't find it now. Even the reprint sells for $75-$150 and is VERY
SCARCE. My advice is to join the
ANA and borrow the reprint from their
library and xerox it. [

Sanford J. Durst recently acquired
Obol but I don't believe they
had any copies left for him to sell. You could call him. Otherwise send email to the usual suspects (Kolbe and Charles
Davis) and ask them to let you know if one
comes up for
