What does "Taf." mean?  "Plate?"

In the context of "Regling, Z. f. N., xxv, Taf. vii. 5"?

Hi!

Germ. Tafel is linguistic related to lat. tabula like engl. table.
To complete it, it means too: bulletin board, slab, slate, tablet, panel, plaque, sheet, schedule, console, bar (chocolate), dinner table, banquet.

Regards,
Jochen

The plates in Imhoof-Blumer's Kleinasiasche Munzen have numbered photos.  The photos are also labeled "Br" and "S".  I thought perhaps this meant Bronze and Silver but then notice on "Tafel II" the letter "G".

What do these letters mean?

You are correct again, Br=bronze, S=silver, or as the Germans say "Silber".
G is not going to surprise you either; it is of course  "gold"!  Pl. II.30 is p. 66, no. 2, a gold octobol from Klazomenai.
