Help with Antoninus Sestertius

Here is a sestertius of Antoninus Pius. I found this identification:

Obv: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP TR P COS III
Rev: CONCORDIAE S C ; large figures of Antoninus and Faustina Sr., clapsing hands, with figures of Aurelius and Faustina Jr. between, also clapsing hands, on either side of an Altar.
C.146

But reverse of my coin shows Antoninus who holds a small figure in the left hand. In more there is not S C. Can anybody explain me this difference?

Now I know:
- Antoninus holds the small statue of Concordia.
- SC in ex.

It is an interesting coin, I think.

Could this coin be a fake?

It seems there is a fake patina.

This fake patina could hide indications of a cast coin.

How are the edges?

My initial impession too was that it might be cast, but (1) Faustina's face and COR on rev. look sharp enough to be struck, (2) virtually all of Tanit's coins are obviously authentic, so he must have a reliable source.

Certainly this coin is authentic. The light of the flash of the photo gives the impression of the forgery. Here is another photo taken in the light of day.

Ok ok. It seems authetic finally. Only obverse is a little strange for me.
