I saw Rupert that you made an attempt at completely decyphering the reverse legend, but that you, like me, stopped at PRINC.  I think there is more than PERP. behind it, but I am not able to say what, at the moment. It would be an indication of a blundered legend, which would prove its 'unofficial' status. I hope to get the coin soon (good dealer) and tell you all what it says.
