Weird Constantine

I think this is a Constatine I coin.

I know the reverse is a Soli Invicto Comiti

The questions I have are:

1. What is the rest of the inscription on the Obv
2. Why is the S C in the field on the reverse, reversed? 
3. Is this mistake common?

The C and S here are not the S-C you see on earlier bronzes and are one pair of a large set of control marks used by the mints at this time.

IMP CONSTANTINVS P.F.AVG. laureate cuirassed or laureate draped and cuirassed bust right;
SOL INVICTO COMITI C- S in field, PARL in ex. Sol standing right, head left, holding globe.
Depending on the bust type, your coin is RIC 151 or 150 from Arelate. 151 is extremely rare, so I think it will be a draped and cuirassed bust.
