Bamba123:
I have come across a Lucilla.  Obv:LVCILLA AVGVSTA.  the reverse is the question.  I think it is PIETAS S-C.  Pietas veiled standing left raising right hand over lighted altar and holding perfume box.  I am not absolutely sure that is the reverse, it seems similar to SALVAS but the legend on the reverse except for the S-C is not there.  If it is PIETAS S-C, I would think it is a Sear 1755.  The coin is a monster (big girl) 30mm and a whopping 20.4g.  Attached a scans, yes or no on PIETAS??

Jochen:
Hi Bamba!

Because your coin is a sestertius it can only be Pietas! It is RIC III, 1755; C.53; common

Best regards

Thanks for the comeback, I was pretty sure of it, but still a neophyte at this coin business.  Just like this one, big hefty coin.
Thanks again, Jim
