recently received in a lot of uncleaned...LICINIUS I (CE 308-324) AE Follis circa CE 312 Nicomedia Mint  4.52g  21mm
0: IMP C VAL LICIN LICINIVS PF AVG, laur bust rt.
R: GENIO A-VGVSTI/ SMN/ :Greek_Delta: in field,  Genius left emptying patera holding cornucopia, Eagle to left at feet.
RIC VI Nicomedia, 71a variety, scarce.(I believe this issue notes an altar rather than an eagle)

I would like a correct RIC citation if available....I do not believe this is 71a Scarce....thanks for your help.

Yes RIC VI, 71a shows an altar in the l. field. It is RIC VI, Niomedia 72a; struck c. ÂD312 (earlier); scarce.
