Hadrian COS III AE27 7.728g Strange Style Uncertain Type

Hadrian AE27, 7.728g, 180 die axis
Very odd style
Obv: HADRIANVS.... P P, laureate head right
Rev: COS III, Female(?) seated facing, stalks of barley and poppy right

Anyone know this?  I have some doubts about authenticity.  Thanks for any help you can offer.
