« on: January 17, 2007, 08:53:58 pm »
Dear Forum,

I need some ID help on a tetarteron, or a half Tetarteron. Size is 19.4mm, and weight is 2.9grams.

Thank you,
bob

The coin is an Alexius issue. I cannot tell if that is Christ or the virgin who is on the obverse.

Hi Simon,

Thank you so much!

The coin has an X on the right under the patina at a tiny bit above 3 o`clock. I do not see the C, but it might be deeper under the patina.
