Macrianus or Quietus?

I know it's a very worn coin. I got this one as Quietus. But it looks like there is an A above the bust of the emperor.
That would make it Macrianus.

Perhaps it is just wishfull thinking. Which makes me see something that isn't there!

What do you think?
