Silver obol.
Perhaps silphium fruit or facing panther head or scalp?
Swastika in incuse square

Panther or lion might be possible, there are two examples with swastika on acsearch

Both with an attribution to Pantikapaion but without reference ?? I am not sure. Many Pantikapaion obols show a panther but usually not a swastika  :-\

This Pantikapaion page shows also an Obol and two Hemiobols with Swastika, but again without reference.
